From humble beginnings as a goldfields town, Donnybrook flourished as a fruit producing capital and in particular the apple growing capital of WA. Located pretty much in the centre of the South West, about half an hour from Bunbury, Donnybrook is quite a bustling town set amidst very scenic countryside. It's a popular stopover for visitors travelling south as it is located on the road to Balingup.
Located in the park in the main street of Donnybrook opposite the Railway Station is the old rotunda, set in pretty gardens alongside the South West Highway. See also http://www.mingor.net/localities/donnybrook.html
